Designed by Hill West Architects and developed by Solow Realty & Development Group, the 237-foot-tall structure is located between Fifth and Sixth Avenues. 7 West 57th Street yields 32,099 sq ft of residential space divided into 16 full-floor condominium units, averaging just over 2,000 sq ft a piece. The first two stories are planned to contain 4,100 sq ft of retail space.
